About the doctor
The idea is simple: if you are unwell away from home, you should be able to speak clearly with a doctor without losing the day in a waiting room.
10+ years of experience
Primary care and emergency medicine
Spain and Ireland
I'm an Argentine-born, Barcelona-based Family Medicine specialist with over 10 years of experience in primary care and emergency medicine across Spain and Ireland.
I know what it's like to be sick far from home — not speaking the language, not knowing where to go. I built this service because I've seen it happen too many times: a tourist spending four hours in A&E for something that could have been sorted in 15 minutes.
That's also why I run this as a solo practice — no clinic chain, no corporation, no anonymous doctors rotating between patients. When you book, you talk directly to me, the same doctor who will treat you.
I trained in Buenos Aires, specialised in Barcelona, and have worked in both the Spanish and Irish healthcare systems, with thousands of patient consultations along the way. I'm registered in both countries and authorised for private prescription across all of Spain.
Why this service
No clinic, no corporation, no chain of intermediaries — you and the doctor.
Solo doctor, no clinic
No corporation, no chain of intermediaries. You speak directly with the doctor who treats you.
Real consultation time
Up to 15 minutes per appointment — long enough to understand your case, answer questions and explain treatment clearly.
No language barrier
Fluent in English, native Spanish speaker — no interpreter, no translation app. Nothing gets lost in translation.
Trained in two systems
Registered and experienced in both Spain and Ireland. I understand what travellers and expats expect.
What I treat
Common conditions I can confidently address by video consultation.

Conjunctivitis and subconjunctival haemorrhage (hyposphagma) only. Not suitable for: eye pain, foreign body, reduced or lost vision. These require urgent in-person assessment. -
Skin conditions
Uncomplicated skin infections and mild sunburn only. Not suitable for: cuts or wounds requiring closure, foreign bodies, burns with blisters or large surface area — these require in-person treatment. -

Renewal of ongoing medication for known conditions. Common examples: antihypertensives, statins, prostate medication, common antidepressants. Weight-loss injectable medication (e.g. GLP-1) accepted if supported by a current medical prescription. New treatments will not be initiated without prior medical history. -
