When you need this service
This is for mild to moderate, uncomplicated urinary symptoms — the burning, urgency and frequency many people recognise. It is a fast, private alternative to sitting in A&E for something routine. Important: if your symptoms are severe, recurrent, or come with fever, chills, back or flank pain, blood in the urine, or you are pregnant, an in-person assessment is needed and the doctor will direct you accordingly.
How it works
From symptoms to treatment, all online:
- Describe your symptoms in the pre-consultation form.
- Book a same-day slot and pay €55 via Stripe.
- The doctor calls you on WhatsApp to assess your case.
- If appropriate, a REMPE prescription is emailed to you.
What you get
A private consultation of up to 15 minutes and, where clinically appropriate, an antibiotic prescription valid across Spain. The doctor will also explain warning signs to watch for and when to seek in-person care. As always, treatment is based on clinical judgement and the safety of online assessment — your wellbeing comes first.
