Being unwell abroad is stressful enough without a language barrier. This service is built for tourists, expats and English-speaking residents who want to be understood properly — and to understand their diagnosis and treatment in their own language. Common reasons people book include infections, prescription renewals, sick notes, and reassurance on whether a symptom needs urgent care.
How it works
A simple, fully online process:
- Complete a short pre-consultation form in English (3–5 minutes).
- Pick a time — same-day slots are usually available.
- Pay €55 securely via Stripe.
- The doctor calls you on WhatsApp at the agreed time.
- Any prescription or certificate is emailed to you.
What you get
A private consultation of up to 15 minutes with a doctor who actually listens, entirely in English. Where appropriate you receive a REMPE prescription valid across Spain, plus a medical certificate or sick note. One flat fee of €55, no hidden extras. If the doctor judges your case needs in-person assessment, you will be told immediately and directed to the right care.
